NetHunt CRM - Sound Alerts for In-App Notifications

Important updates in NetHunt CRM are now harder to miss, even when the tab is minimized. Sound is enabled by default for all notifications. You can choose from 5 tones or turn sound off entirely in settings: Settings → Notifications → Sound

Sound alerts play for:

record changes: additions or deletions;
tasks: assignment, deletion, status or deadline changes;
chats: assigned to a conversation, new message;
@mentions in comments.

NetHunt CRM - NetHunt CRM × BigQuery Integration

You can now automatically sync data from NetHunt CRM to BigQuery to build in-depth analytics, custom reports, and BI dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, or directly in BigQuery.

The following data is synced:

records from CRM folders;
activity history events (calls, chats, comments, files);
email campaigns and related events.

NetHunt CRM - Easier navigation through user lists

We’ve updated how the User field is displayed in both List and Card views.

This makes navigation through records and collaboration within larger teams simpler and more structured.

NetHunt CRM - Restricted fields now work correctly in campaigns

We’ve updated how email campaigns work with fields that are only visible to specific users or roles (e.g. responsible managers).

Now, if you have access to such a field across all selected records, it will:

remain available when creating a campaign;
be usable as a recipient field;
be insertable into emails as a macro.

Automations

Leaving and pinning comments in the client’s card within the Timeline from automations.
Option to skip “Wait for date” steps in automation. If the date in the field has already passed, the step execution is not canceled but continues. Previously, the process would simply stop, but now it can be configured as needed.
Date format for the “Webhook event” trigger. You can now choose the desired date format yourself, for example, mm/dd/yyyy or dd/mm/yyyy.

API

In “Make API call,” the PATCH, PUT, and DELETE commands have been added — now you can create more complex and flexible scenarios via the API.

Data Import

From now on, when importing data via CSV, new unique values are added to existing records instead of overwriting them. You can now add new tags to existing records directly during the CSV import process.
