We’ve updated our VoIP integrations to make call handling faster and more convenient for sales teams.
  • Assigned Managers now work in CallsApp
    NetHunt CRM automatically routes incoming calls to the manager responsible for the contact. The client immediately reaches “their” manager instead of entering the general queue.

  • Ringostat: calls now go to all available channels
    NetHunt CRM can now place calls not only to a SIP line but also to all connected channels for a manager — including mobile. This significantly reduces the chance of missing a call when someone is away from their computer.

We’ve added a new permission setting for email campaigns. Now, admins can restrict access — each manager sees only their own campaigns.

Additionally, campaign content in the Timeline is now hidden from everyone except the campaign owner. This improves privacy and reduces unnecessary noise.

Benefits:

  • Ideal for teams where multiple managers run email campaigns

  • Improved privacy: each user sees only their own campaigns

  • Less distraction in the Timeline

  • Lower risk of accidental edits to someone else’s campaign

NetHunt CRM - Release notes 15.10.2025
We’ve improved how NetHunt works with Meta to help you identify and resolve integration issues faster.
  • If your Instagram token expires, you may lose access to a contact’s photo or name, and replies may fail to send. NetHunt now immediately displays a “Connection issue” warning in the chat. Tap it to see a clear explanation that the token is invalid and use the quick reconnect button.

  • After reconnecting, NetHunt automatically refreshes the contact’s name and photo — no need to delete the chat or wait for the contact to text again.

  • If more than 7 days have passed since the last message and Meta has closed the reply window, you’ll now see a clear explanation of why you can’t reply and what to do next.

  • The “Connection lost” indicator now appears only in chats with actual integration problems.

  • We also added PATCH, PUT, and DELETE support to the “Make API call” action — enabling more advanced workflows via API.

  • These improvements help you react to issues faster and keep chats running smoothly with fewer interruptions.

WhatsApp Business Integration

We’re excited to announce that integration with WhatsApp Business is now available in NetHunt CRM!

If you already use WhatsApp Business on your mobile, you can now connect it to NetHunt CRM simply by scanning a QR code.

This allows you to:

  • Give your team shared access to the business account

  • Chat with customers without leaving the CRM

  • Create new Contacts or Deals from incoming messages in a few clicks — or even fully automate the process with workflows

New Workflow action: Leave a comment

The new “Leave a comment” action lets you automatically leave comments via your workflows.

It supports all the usual formatting options, plus the ability to dynamically mention teammates using macros.

Examples:

  • Leave a comment with an urgent manager mentioning if a Deal that enters the workflow matches critical parameters, such as size or priority.

  • When creating a record from data received via a Webhook, neatly place all the details into a comment instead of mapping every field individually.

Multiline formula field

If your formula had more than two fields, writing it could feel cramped. We’ve updated the formula composer to expand vertically, making longer formulas much easier to write and manage.

Shared posts and reels in Instagram fix

We fixed the issue with forwarded posts and Reels not displaying properly. Now, shared posts and reels are displayed clearly and labeled in your chat conversations.

Fix: Truncated workflow details in Timeline

Fixed an issue where workflow details were cut off in the Timeline.

Notifications are here!

With this update, you’ll start receiving timely and precise updates about important events in your workspace.
  • You’re assigned to a Deal or Contact

  • A new task is assigned to you

  • A colleague mentions you in a record comment

  • A task due date is approaching

  • A task you assigned to someone is completed or re-opened

  • A technical issue requires your attention (e.g. a disconnected chat or a problem with an active workflow)
