NetHunt CRM - Larger file size limit in connected chats
You can now send and receive files of up to 8 MB in chats connected to NetHunt CRM, up from the previous 2 MB limit.
The 2 MB limit still applies to Facebook and Instagram due to Meta API restrictions.

NetHunt CRM - View management improvements
We’ve redesigned view management in NetHunt CRM to make it easier to organize, share, and navigate views.

The previous view management menu has been replaced with a dedicated Views sidebar. It gives you quick access to all views within the folder you’re currently working in.

You can now:

  • organize related views into custom groups, such as “Pipeline,” “Reporting,” or “Marketing”;

  • find all your ungrouped views under Saved views;

  • access views shared by teammates under Shared with me;

  • collapse groups you’re not currently using.

  • make it available to everyone in the folder.

Dependent dropdown fields and easier formulas

NetHunt CRM - Dependent dropdown fields and easier formulas
You can now create dependent dropdown fields in NetHunt CRM. When a dropdown contains many options, the system will display only those that match the value selected in another field. This makes it easier to find the right option and reduces errors when filling out records.

You can set up:

  • chains of multiple dependent fields;

  • options filtered by the value of a dropdown or checkbox field;

  • colors inherited automatically from the parent field — or disable colors when there are too many options.

We’ve also made formulas easier to use. You no longer need to remember exact field names or work out the syntax manually. Simply select a field from the menu, and it will be inserted in the correct format. We’ve also added clearer guidance on what you can calculate and how to build the formula you need.

Enhanced Related summary field capabilities

Set up more advanced calculations and analyse your data more deeply with the updated Related summary fields.

You can now:

  • create Related summary fields based on other Related summary fields;

  • calculate data across multiple levels of linked records;

  • sum the results of numeric formula fields;

  • calculate the average value of formula results;

  • combine calculated metrics in a single Related summary field.

Add CC recipients to workflow emails

Emails sent through workflows can now include CC recipients.

Restrictions on creating follow-up email campaigns

Only the author of the original email campaign can now create a follow-up campaign.

This ensures that the system has access to the original email and can send the follow-up campaign correctly.

Automations

  • Leaving and pinning comments in the client’s card within the Timeline from automations.
  • Option to skip “Wait for date” steps in automation. If the date in the field has already passed, the step execution is not canceled but continues. Previously, the process would simply stop, but now it can be configured as needed.
  • Date format for the “Webhook event” trigger. You can now choose the desired date format yourself, for example, mm/dd/yyyy or dd/mm/yyyy.

API

  • In “Make API call,” the PATCH, PUT, and DELETE commands have been added — now you can create more complex and flexible scenarios via the API.

Data Import

  • From now on, when importing data via CSV, new unique values are added to existing records instead of overwriting them. You can now add new tags to existing records directly during the CSV import process.

Facebook

  • We’re adding Facebook Messenger to the Chats section
  • Respond to Facebook messages directly from the Chats section
  • View Facebook messages on a record’s Timeline
  • Reply from the Timeline
