Notifications are here!

With this update, you’ll start receiving timely and precise updates about important events in your workspace.

You’re assigned to a Deal or Contact
A new task is assigned to you
A colleague mentions you in a record comment
A task due date is approaching
A task you assigned to someone is completed or re-opened
A technical issue requires your attention (e.g. a disconnected chat or a problem with an active workflow)

You can view all your notifications by clicking the bell icon in the top-right corner.

We’ve added a dedicated Notifications Settings page. Here, you can choose which events should trigger in-app or email notifications — or turn off the ones you don’t need.
