We’ve updated how email campaigns work with fields that are only visible to specific users or roles (e.g. responsible managers).

Now, if you have access to such a field across all selected records, it will:

  • remain available when creating a campaign;

  • be usable as a recipient field;

  • be insertable into emails as a macro.

We've added notifications for chat changes, working similarly to task notifications. New conversations can also be automatically assigned to managers in a round-robin rotation, so inquiries reach the right person faster.

You'll receive browser or email notifications when:

  • you're added to or removed from a conversation;

  • a chat is closed or reopened;

  • a new message appears in a conversation.

Improved Instagram Integration

  • The content of Instagram posts and Reels is now visible in CRM chats. View content without switching between apps and communicate with customers in one place.

Automations

  • Leaving and pinning comments in the client’s card within the Timeline from automations.
  • Option to skip “Wait for date” steps in automation. If the date in the field has already passed, the step execution is not canceled but continues. Previously, the process would simply stop, but now it can be configured as needed.
  • Date format for the “Webhook event” trigger. You can now choose the desired date format yourself, for example, mm/dd/yyyy or dd/mm/yyyy.

API

  • In “Make API call,” the PATCH, PUT, and DELETE commands have been added — now you can create more complex and flexible scenarios via the API.

Data Import

  • From now on, when importing data via CSV, new unique values are added to existing records instead of overwriting them. You can now add new tags to existing records directly during the CSV import process.

Facebook

  • We’re adding Facebook Messenger to the Chats section
  • Respond to Facebook messages directly from the Chats section
  • View Facebook messages on a record’s Timeline

UI/UX improvements
