Chat Notifications & Auto-Assignment

We've added notifications for chat changes, working similarly to task notifications. New conversations can also be automatically assigned to managers in a round-robin rotation, so inquiries reach the right person faster.

You'll receive browser or email notifications when:

you're added to or removed from a conversation;
a chat is closed or reopened;
a new message appears in a conversation.
