The challenge

As Xorcom’s success grew, their workload got heavier and their team got bigger. Having different office locations throughout the world is a fantastic milestone for any business, but it poses new challenges in terms of communication and workflow.

Xorcom’s management recognised these challenges. They understood that implementing a new system can be costly, time-consuming, and messy. They needed something that could integrate with the Gmail and G Suite systems that they were already using; something that could synchronize the workflow and customer communication for teams working on the same big projects, but on different sides of the world.

The solution

Xorcom tried to implement different systems in the two years before they finally discovered NetHunt CRM. Our simple-to-use CRM system gave their team the workflow transparency they needed, eliminating the problems that working in different time zones poses.

NetHunt helps paint a bigger picture of everything that is going on for the Xorcom team. The fully customizable interface gives their teams the ability to create individual layouts and then share them with each other to meet specific ends.

On an individual level, NetHunt gives each Xorcom employee the ability to create actionable tasks for emails and group separate communications into the same project tab. So, everybody is aware of which customers they, and other team members, might have missed and which are waiting to be followed-up. Now, absolutely nobody slips through the net.

Extremely easy to set-up and get going, no complicated training, and supremely flexible. Our Gmail inbox is now so much more than just an inbox, it is a collaborative space where information can be shared by and with anybody who might need it. Full customization gives us total control and the NetHunt team has been an absolute pleasure to work with!
