The challenge

Haski Management was among CRM pioneers in Ukraine and adopted their first CRM solution back in 2013, when implementing one was still a nice-to-do and not a must-do move. However, back in the day, the CRM software market wasn’t as diverse as it is now, so Haski Management had to settle down for one of the few available options, amoCRM.

And it wasn’t the best fit for an international warehouse logistics company:
  • Haski needed a CRM system which would allow different departments to work in the CRM without overlapping.
  • The setup of unique fields in CRM records for different departments was complicated as the process of configuring/hiding record fields in amoCRM could only be done through a widget.
  • Email marketing was done through a third-party service via a widget.
  • amoCRM lacked sales automation functionality.

So, Haski Management had to quickly find a new CRM solution and migrate all the heaps of data it’s accumulated over the years.
