Enhanced Related summary field capabilities

Set up more advanced calculations and analyse your data more deeply with the updated Related summary fields.

You can now:

create Related summary fields based on other Related summary fields;
calculate data across multiple levels of linked records;
sum the results of numeric formula fields;
calculate the average value of formula results;
combine calculated metrics in a single Related summary field.

Add CC recipients to workflow emails

Emails sent through workflows can now include CC recipients.

Restrictions on creating follow-up email campaigns

Only the author of the original email campaign can now create a follow-up campaign.

This ensures that the system has access to the original email and can send the follow-up campaign correctly.

WhatsApp message formatting support

WhatsApp recently introduced additional text formatting options. We have also added support for most popular formatting styles so that messages in NetHunt CRM are displayed the same way as they are in WhatsApp.

Labels for chat messages sent outside NetHunt CRM

Users often connect chats to NetHunt CRM but continue messaging directly in the messenger app. Previously, the system automatically attributed these messages to the integration owner and assigned that user as responsible for the chat.

Messages sent outside NetHunt CRM now have a separate label. This helps prevent confusion and avoids automatically adding unnecessary users to the chat.

Bulk value upload for Tag and Dropdown fields

Save time on adding field values manually. The new Add multiple option lets you upload multiple values to Tag and Dropdown fields in seconds.

Simply copy your list, paste it into the system, and review the result before saving. Two upload modes are available:

Add to the current list — new values are added to the existing ones. The system automatically detects and skips duplicates, regardless of letter case.
Replace the list — all current values are replaced with new ones. This is useful when you need to update a large list quickly while keeping the field itself and the specified order of values.
