Chat updates for the NetHunt CRM mobile apps

The updated NetHunt CRM apps for iOS and Android now support the latest chat features. You can manage conversations from WhatsApp, Telegram, and other messaging apps on your smartphone almost as easily as in the web version.

Chat assignees

In the mobile app, you can:

assign or change the person responsible for a chat;
leave a conversation;
mute notifications for individual chats.

You can also enable the Show only chats assigned to me setting to see only the conversations you are responsible for.

Chat notifications

The mobile app will notify you about:

new messages in chats assigned to you;
important chat updates, including when a chat is assigned or closed.

You can manage mobile notifications in the Notification settings section of the NetHunt CRM web app.
