CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a set of practices and strategies that companies use to manage and analyze interactions with current and future clients to improve profitability and increase customer satisfaction. A CRM system, such as NetHunt CRM, is a service that helps you in achieving these aims.
NetHunt CRM is a part of Gmail, meaning that you can work with your emails and, at the same time, check and update customer data inside Gmail. We built it for people who are tired of constantly switching between their inbox and CRM. You can turn emails into Records and collaborate on them with other NetHunt CRM users.
You get faster to the data you need for work. The deals amount, the sender’s status, a current pipeline stage, the assignees, etc. It’s in the inbox, it’s inside of an email, it’s structured, so it’s easy to search, organize and group to create custom Views.
No, we don't. We barely have time to read our own. Living persons don’t read your emails. NetHunt CRM checks the subject line and sender’s data to make suggestions (such as a Record’s title), but this process is automatic.
NetHunt CRM is a subscription-based service (see Pricing). However, you can use it with absolutely no limitations during a 14 days free trial period. You don’t need to provide your credit card number beforehand, so nobody will bill you if you’re not going to join NetHunt CRM.
There are no quantitative limitations in NetHunt CRM. You can create as many Records, Folders and Follow-ups as you need. The only exception is the number of users you can share a Folder with.
You can use NetHunt CRM on any desktop OS (Windows/OSX/Linux) as long as you’re using a more or less current version of Google Chrome web browser or some Chromium-based browsers.
Currently, NetHunt CRM supports only Gmail.
